วิธีลง driver การ์ดเสียง realtek HD audio

ใน windows xp sp2 มักจะมีปัญหากับ การ์ดเสียง HD realtek HD พอตอนที่ล
งdriver จะไม่สามารถลง driver ได้ จะมีหน้าต่างเด้งขึ้นมาแล้วฟ้องว่า
error message "Install Realtek HD Audio Driver failed!
ปัญหานี้แก้ได้โดยการลง driver ใหม่ โดย


For windowsXP user who cannot install Realtek HD Audio. When try to install the audio driver and come up with these error
error message "Install Realtek HD Audio Driver failed!

Here are the solution.

How to

1.ต้องเป็น windows xp sp2
The windows must be windowsXP service pack2

2.ไปใน Device manager โดย คลิกขวาที่ my computer แล้วเลือก properties
Go to "Device manager" by right click on the my computer on your desktop.
Select "properties".


2.2เลือกแท๊บ Hardware แล้วกดปุ่ม Device Manager
Select tab "Hardware" and click "Device Manager"

3.เลือก system devices แล้วดูว่า มี “Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio” อยู่หรือไม่ ถ้ามี“Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio” อยู่แล้วแต่ยังไม่มีเสียงให้ไปดูในข้อ 4.
Select system devices and look for "Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio"
If there is "Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio" in "system devices" but you still don't have sound go to step 4.

ถ้ายังไม่มี “Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio” ในหัวข้อ system devices
3.1ให้เอาแผ่นซีดี driver ของ mainboard หรือซีดีการ์ดเสียงมาลง โปรแกรมที่ชื่อว่า kb888111xpsp2.exe หรือ kb888111.exe ซึ่งควรจะอยู่ใน cd:\ Audio\ MSHDQFE\ Win2K_XP\ US\
หรือ ไปดาวน์โหลด “Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio" ได้ที่
http://asia.giga-byte.com/FileList/Driver/motherboard_driver_audio_microsoft_bus.exe
ลงโปรแกรม “Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio" ให้เรียบร้อยแล้วรีสตาร์ทเครื่อง 1 รอบ คอมฯควรจะมีเสียงแล้ว หากว่ายังไม่มีเสียงทำตามขั้นตอนข้อ 4.
If you don't have “Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio” in "system devices"
3.1 Insert CD that came with you mainboard. Install the programe name "kb888111xpsp2.exe" or "kb888111.exe"
You also can download the “Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio” from http://asia.giga-byte.com/FileList/Driver/motherboard_driver_audio_microsoft_bus.exe
Install the it and restart computer. You should have sound now. If you still have any sound come out from your computer, go to step 4.

4.ที่ device manager หาดูว่าเครื่องหมายตกในที่ไอคอนของการ์ดเสียงหรือไม่ หากมีอยู่ก็ให้คลิกขวาที่ไอคอนที่มีเครื่องหมายตกใจอยู่แล้วเลือก Disable
บางทีอาจมีไอคอนเครื่องหมายตกใจหลายอัน ให้คลิกขวาแล้วเลือก Disable ให้หมด
Go to device manager and find the "!" on the device icon. Sometime there will be more than one device that have "!" on it.
Right click and select "Disable" to all devices that have "!" on them.

5.ตรง system devices “Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio” ให้คลิกขวาแล้วเลือก Disable ด้วย
At system devices “Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio”,
right click and also select "Disable"

6.ตรง system devices “Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio” ให้คลิกขวาแล้วเลือก Uninstall
At system devices “Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio”,
right click and select "Uninstall"


7.คลิกที่ปุ่ม“Scan for hardware changes” ใน device manager
Click the button “Scan for hardware changes” in device manager.


8.หลังจากคลิกที่ปุ่ม "Scan for hardware changes” แล้วจะมีหน้าต่างเด้งขึ้นมาเป็น “Found new hardware wizard” อย่าคลิก NEXT ตรงนี้ ให้คลิก Cancel ไม่งั้น windows จะลงโปรแกรมตัวเก่าที่มีปัญหาให้อัตโนมัติ
After click on the "Scan for hardware changes” button. There will be a “Found new hardware wizard” windows pop up. DO NOT CLICK Next here. Click cancel instead.
or windows will install automatically the buggy sound driver to you.(We have to install the sound driver manually.)

9.ลง Driver การ์ดเสียงจาก CD ที่ได้มา
หรือใช้ driver ตัวล่าสุดที่ (มี 4 ลิงค์ เหมือนกันทั้ง 4 ลิงค์ เลือกดาวน์โหลดแค่อันเดียวพอ)
Install the sound driver which came with the mainboard or you can download the lastest
driver from these link below.(4 links are the same driver. Just download one of them)

ลง driver ตามปกติ แล้วก็รีสตาร์ทเครื่อง
เท่านี้ก็จะมีเสียงแล้ว
After install the sound driver on your computer.
Restart computer.
Taaada! your computer has sound..

10.หากยังไม่มีเสียง แสดงว่าลำโพงเสียชัวร์
